1. Casey creates ordinal protocol, which early bitcoiners/maxis vehemently resist. Miners told not to mine (but they do).
2. Domo creates BRC20 on ordinals, which Casey resists.
3. Unisat refuses to freeze BRC20 at Ord 0.9, which Domo resists.
